South Bronx artist Willis Brook introduces the hot visuals to his latest single "Rising" directed by Kaven Brown under the Arsiney foundation. Rising video was shot on the block of 140th street between Willis and Brook Avenues as Willis Brooks spits about the turmoil he's facing and continues to push through.
